Grandmas Cucumbers and Onion


This is everyone's favorite

In a medium size bowl, combine:

1 Cup Sugar

1/2 Cup Vinegar

2 Cups Warm Water (not cold)

Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved, then add:

2 Medium Cucumbers, Peeled and sliced

1 Medium Onion, Sliced to the thickness you like

Mix together, cover and let sit overnight (or enjoy immediately!)

Chicken Stir Fry




1 LB Chicken - Frozen (For example, approx. 2 chicken breasts)
Cut chicken into thin slices while it is still slightly frozen.



Pour 3 Tbl Olive Oil - (olive oil contains no Cholesterol)
Add chicken and fry till done (approx. 10 mins)




In a separate container, mix:
1/2 cup LaChoy Teriyaki stir fry
1 cup cold water
1 tsp corn starch
Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken
Cook till slightly thickened




Add 1 LB stir fry vegetables
Cover and cook for 15 minutes. Stir, checking mixture periodically.

Garden Salad

Best for Garden ripe veggies
to serve 6 to 8 People.

Garden Salad
2 Cucumbers
2 tomatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 med red pepper
Optional: Add cauliflower and broccoli

Dice to bite size chunks in one container.
Pour one bottle of your favorite Italian dressing
over top, refrigerate over night .
